Ingredients
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Prepare Chicken Filling:
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and crumbled bacon until fully combined. - Assemble Sliders:
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating the rolls. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the buns. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling. - Top with Butter and Ranch Seasoning:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the ranch seasoning mix. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the slider buns. - Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and crispy. - Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Slice the sliders and serve warm.
