Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken Filling:
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and crumbled bacon until fully combined.
  3. Assemble Sliders:
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating the rolls. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the buns. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  4. Top with Butter and Ranch Seasoning:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the ranch seasoning mix. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the slider buns.
  5. Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Slice the sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Shortcut: Use rotisserie chicken to save time on cooking and shredding chicken.
  • Extra Cheesy: Add more shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture for an even cheesier experience.
  • Serving Suggestions: These sliders pair perfectly with a side of potato chips, fries, or a simple salad.
