Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup diced celery (optional, for crunch)
Instructions
- Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is fully coated. - Warm the Tortillas:
Lightly warm each tortilla in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds per side, just until pliable. - Assemble the Wraps:
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center of each tortilla.
Add a portion of the Buffalo chicken mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onions, and celery (if using). - Wrap It Up:
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. - Serve:
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
