Chicken Bacon Ranch Baked Penne Recipe
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little oil if needed. Season the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
5. Transfer to Baking Dish:
Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese, as well as the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
